Fitness Coach Discovers Cure For I.C.D. Syndrome and Releases 22 Tips and Tricks To Combat It

Personal Fitness Coach and the owner of Results4Sure.com Personal Fitness Coaching, Rafael Moret, announced today that he has discovered a cure for ICD Syndrome. ICD, an acronym for I Can't Diet, is one of the leading causes for people's inability to lose weight. "They can't figure out what to eat, so they try whatever fad diet is on TV this week. They lose 5-7 lbs. and then gain 10-15lbs back" says Rafael. "And then they blame themselves. It's not them. They are just using ineffective technology."

One of the most common excuses people use for not starting a supportive eating program is "diets don't work for me, I've tried them all and they don't work for me". People don't have time to exercise, they don't have time to watch what they eat and they don't have time to go out and get the right information. "In an effort to combat all of the excuses society has come up with to avoid the truth we discovered a cure for them" claims Moret.

The first excuse we always here I don't have time. So how about if we give you our time with the new exiting launch of our new program and website www.MyNutritionHouseCall.com . We the new website we have also released 22 Tips and Tricks to promote health Fat Loss and supportive eating habits:

1.Weigh yourself each week. Don't be worried about small daily changes in your weight. You shouldn't lose more than 1 - 2 pounds a week. There may be weeks when you don't lose weight. This is normal.

2.Remove all fat from meats and skin from poultry before cooking.

3.Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day. This will help flush out your body while also suppressing your appetite.

4.Shop for Groceries only after eating. You will be less likely to buy foods impulsively – especially foods you don't need. When you shop for groceries stick to your shopping list. This helps you guard against impulse buying. Make sure you list is complete and do not buy any extra food items.

5.Don't think that just because you are eating low fat/low calorie foods that you can eat all that you want. The calories still add up and must be burned off regardless of what kind of food you eat. Balance is the key.

6.Never starve yourself, especially before going out to eat (or you will binge). Never skip meals, you must have some kind of nourishment regularly or your body's starvation defenses will kick in, lower your metabolism, and store fat.

7.Exercise – If you want to stay healthy and make weight loss permanent you just cant do without exercise. Along with cutting down on the fat you eat exercising regularly may be your best ally in improving your all around health and bringing your weight loss under control.

8.Write your weight goal & post it where you'll see it everyday.

9.Be patient - it took years to gain weight; it takes time to lose weight.

10.Schedule your exercise time just as you plan your other activities of the day. Treat this time as an important appointment you don't want to miss.

11.Eat more pizza. Instead of ordering takeout pizza (two slices of Pizza Hut's Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza pack 720 calories, 32 grams of fat and 2,240 milligrams of sodium!), fill your freezer with healthful frozen pizzas containing no more than 600 calories and 10-15 grams of fat per pie (e.g., Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice brands).

12.Add the whipped cream. Instead of ice cream (350-500 calories per cup), combine a cup of fresh or frozen sweet pitted cherries with 1/4 cup canned whipped cream for a sweet, creamy dessert with just 140 calories.

The last 10 Tips and Tricks are available on our website www.MyNutritionHouseCall.com . More information about the program is also available on the site. The truth is everyone is different, so everyone's need are different. Going on a popular diet or trying a popular exercise routine does not mean it will work for you.
